Why’s everyone acting like they’ve tried it and giving him hate. From my understanding he finds a house with a landlord who doesn’t want it any more, negotiates the price, finds an investor who gets a percentage of rent and who has to pay finders fee ( which is usually a months rent down so you can pay the landlord) and he might be setting the price cheap for a lease to buy which also brings in investors. I mean it doesn’t sound impossible . It sounds like you just have to learn how to talk to people. Thanks Sam I wish you all the best.

How do you keep the investor to their word so that they dont buy it directly from the seller without you ?
