Nicki is just so wonderful, so warmhearted! I love that I get to travel the UK from home as I sadly cannot afford to travel, or buy a stunning house in a beautiful location. This episode was very informative, I've as usual enjoyed it a lot!

The purchasing system in Australia and New Zealand is so much quicker and simpler. You see a house you like, and can sign a binding contract the same day (assuming the agent approves your financial position). No waiting for weeks for offers to be accepted, and no gazumping.

Moral of the story, if you have a $500, 00 budget, and the property is listed at$400, 00; if you have a competitor for the property purchase, and if the property is perfect for you, don't offer the asking price, offer AT LEAST 20-40% over asking price. What a shame.

I liked the mordern finish of the 2nd property but it felt a bit too dark. I liked the 1st onw better, brighter, airy, more bedrooms plus income potential from outbuildings and cheaper as well. I will update the bathrooms though. The kitchen however was perfect

There r a couple shows where they go back and visit couples all settled in their new homes. Was that from a series or do they appear randomly in different Seasons. Would like to see more of those. They r fun especially as I remembered the couples. Thanks if u can help what S and E are the return shows?

Didn’t the Mother in law put the sale of her home up in order to purchase the home, she was overlooked because Stuart wanted more land which was unfair.
