I'm with the couple on this one. Their search area was specific but fairly vast, so I'd have thought it not difficult to look in the large catchment area they stipulated. One important criterion was a separate formal dining room for entertaining. The first 2 houses did not have an adequate separate dining room. The 3rd property had a beautiful dining room, but alas was totally out of their desired area. Therefore, none of the houses offered were suitable for them, even if they were all very good properties in their own right.
It's always lovely to see Nicki, and that first, coral-coloured outfit looked fabulous on her!

I felt sorry for this couple as they are not ready to move. They looked around to satisfy their curiosity. I hope they find their peace and happiness.

Oh House 1 was lovely, really liked that one. House 2 was good too, loved the garden. Mystery was nice but not my fave this time.

Wonderful homes, beautiful scenery, lovely host (as always)! Unfortunately, the couple appears absolutely uninterested, like they need to have their vital signs checked to ensure they're really there!

They finally offer a big kitchen-diner, and she doesn't want one! 🙄 Figures! She wants a separate dining room, and there isn't one.
House #2 has 2 bedrooms and 2 half bedrooms. They could knock a wall through and make the two half rooms into one large room. Nice house otherwise.
Mystery house is very nice if the canal doesn't flood. The UK has has some serious flooding recently.

I wonder if multiple bee hives would be allowed in an urban setting ? And what are the poor critters supposed to feed on without a garden of flowers ? I can see why these two cannot agree on a house !

I used to enjoy reading Comments section on ETTC shows but I must say the negative and judgmental put-downs of the people buying and/or the show itself have increased substantially in these recent times. All feels so nasty - maybe a reflection of the tenor of the world these days. Would be nice to see people check the nasty and just appreciate.
