I scanned 2 documents then after saving one of them, the window disappeared and I have no idea how to get it back. Where are my scans!!

I have tried multiple times to scan four pages and then save them all in one place but this ridiculous software insists on saving only ONE document and then deletes the rest whilst you're trying to figure out why it isn't as smart as it says it is. Very frustrating.

This software keeps crashing on me. I will be returning the scanner because of this.

this is a nice software very easy to use adjust and update, the OCR recognizes most of the items and you can correct or update them very easily. BUT very big issue I have is that it is very very slow, when I click on the next receipt to check/adjust it takes almost 35 seconds to load it is crazy. I had to return the scanner epson RR-70W (the software came with it) which I liked. the app looks exactly like the one on the video. I am on Mac OS 14, I don't know if this software/app was updated for the Mac, but it is useless for the modern Mac OS, too bad this is the software/app I was looking for.

I'd love it if I could scan a whole stack of papers and have them all be turned into individual PDFs with their own file names. For some reason this software will enable me to turn a stack into a pdf for each page, but it wont let me name each pdf. They all have to have the same file name with a counter on the end. wtf?

IT would be great if it worked with the wireless scanner ES-500W ! Unfortunately it does not support the scanner buttons, and your employees are not able to help. Instead, Mr. Matt S. working in Canada as so called "advanced level support staff" recommended to return the product if the wireless scanning does not work. His colleague Mr. Curtis G. told me "Sorry, we have no futher fix for this issue". This was my first and last purchase from this company !

Just bought a 3850 printer and wanted it for the multi page scan .
I downloaded the software and it didn't work. I rebooted, no work.
I can access it through my phone, but I want it through a computer..
Why is it so difficult?
My previous scanner can do this, and I now find the scan software needs to paid for

Fairly good program. The only thing it will not do is scan faint and weak printed documents. It just doesn't pick up the light printing.

I tried it, but it's not so great. When it worked, it was fast and easy, but the software crashes after batch scanning and DOESN'T save what you thought was now in the computer.
