I have a question which hopefully is simple for experienced users but very time consuming to look up as a starter. I'm able to push in my drums and keyboard by midi, and record and playback bass and guitar lines. I can organize my tracks and clips. Now, the way I want to organize my songs is in scenes: intro, verse, chorus, etc. In the present mode of the AKAI Force I have to do some incredible timing to go at the right time from intro to verse etc. because the launch button for each scene launches it almost immediately (1 bar). What I want is that it finishes the scene it's playing only then goes to next one I launch. How do I explain this to the Force? Your help is much appreciated.

is it possible to have some clips _not launched_ by launch buttons ?
that would be useful to be able to play some one shot clips while doing a performance in launch mode

So, you can only have 8 clips per track? Or could I record 50 drum patterns and chain them all together in a song mode or arrangement?

Am I wrong or is there no way to make touching clips in launch mode turn off ? Not track mute but why can’t you disable just one clip in a scene

after one hour search in the manual, on the machine and online, why my clips launched immediately regardless of the setting on the machine I found this little hint that you can set individual launch values. Great. But why not a hint in the launch settings or where ever!

How do I change the retrigger behavior of the clips on a pad to one press start/stop independent of the rest of the scene? I still want it to be in sync with the rest of the project and adhere to a launch quantization relative to the project, I just don’t want the retrigger behavior that starts the clip from the beginning or restarts the scene.

Whenever I hit clip whole scene is starting to play, how to change this?

I’ve been messing around with my own projects and it appears that all of the clips in any row are linked. And if I click on any of them, they all load in that row. So how do I unlink the clips so that I press one and only one loads to be played?

Can i have the screen in the clip launch matrix view and have the pads on a drum kit in note mode

it doesn't work like this on mine. as soon as you quantise the launch change the clip time lines are lost so you can't tell how far the clip has progressed.

Be Good if you could Pattern chain the Luanch Buttons

There are a million videos just like this one - which isn’t that helpful. This video shows what the machine is able to do and pretty much takes you through the first three pages of the included user manual. Not really that hard.

But HOW do you create a clip within a track? Step by step? Some of the time I can press on top of a preset and get a preview of what it is or hear it. Other times I get nothing. Then yet others I have to hold down the play button on the screen to hear it. Then when I load the “clip” it appears under the track but when I launch it I get no sound - anyone? What’s going on? How do you CREATE a clip under a track? What are the parameters and limitations? No one answers these questions.

is there a mode to launch automaticly one scene after another. if not then it is a very stupid machine. can you save or mark your favorite presets. if not then it is a very very stupid machine. can you put in the arranger your prepared clips? if not it is a very very very stupid machine.

This thing is basically a new machine in 2023 after the updates. But you guys havent done a real tutorial in almost 5 years.... Come on.
