I was excited to finally fly with Air Canada on their B777-300ER. Crew was wonderful, flight turbulent, and food... Please watch the video. It is longer than usual but I wanted to do an in-depth review since we never flew with Air Canada before.

How did you find the International --> US transfer process in Toronto?

I love your airline reviews and it’s always great to get a new carrier like Air Canada.
I always found them to be pretty good down the back on the London Toronto run. X

I have to say that Air Canada can actually have some decent food. Their catering out of Paris last year was excellent. I don't think you would have been disappointed.

On a side note, too bad you weren't stopping over in Toronto for very long

Air Canada is using the Boeing 777-300ER to Rome from Montreal since last month.

I do like airlines that offer direct isle access in Business Class. Nicer than climbing over someone.

Oh my word you can literally see the ice on the ice cream! They should've taken the dry ice off way earlier!

I gotta ask - did the seat deflate? My opinions of AC are mixed having to fly them out of necessity versus pleasure (originally from Canada). Their lounges are hands down better than those domestic United Clubs (i.e. showers at most lounges, proper food platter throughout the day, business centre, etc.). On the other hand, I've always found United superior for their onboard service, on-time performance and how they treat their elites. At this point I'll fly United if I can, using the AC lounges in Canada whenever possible!
