And counterclockwise with this icon. Furthermore, you can pan the video to the bottom, top, left and right. When you want back the default zoom scale. You can click on the reset button. Really fantastic!
Would be cool if we could zoom in and out based on our cursor position with the middle scroll. Clicking the buttons are a little troublesome.

I have no lamp feature on my iPad. I was able to use my fingers to zoom in and out in the past. I have no issues at Rumble or with other video platforms. Just pinch or stretch.
