How to zoom in and out Outlook

what if you dont have a mouse? trackpad does not work with it. has to be a better way through the menu bar more concrete..

I work in IT and a user had a problem where every time she would hit reply to an email, the text in the reply window was super small. This was the fix. She must have accidentally made it small one day by hitting ctrl + mousewheel down. Thanks a lot buddy.

I Just Guessed and it worked!!! While pressing Control, use the scroll button to zoom in or out!!!

People with an strong accent shouldn't speak so fast!! I listened several times, and tired and tried to do what you say - no go. I searched web, tried everything I could think of...spent literally 1.5 hours. Then found stuff on M/Office, which said to click + in between contol and moving mouse- it worked!!! Why didn't you say that important step? Or, why didnt you say your advice only works for some instances, not all. So I cant give you a like, my friend!!
