in other words 2 pulleys cut the pull energy/ weight to lift by 2 and will have to pull double the amount of rope distance :) that`s all I needed to know, thanks.

im confused because the line of action of the forces acting downward and upward on the lower pulley are not coincident which means there should be a moment of force??
