I'm going to see the doctor. My left knee has been grinding and clicking. Can't bend or extend all the way. Feel like I probably need one, but I'm terrified 😢

Why when I bend all the way down? Does my leg lock? And then I can't walk normal for days, then it just goes back to normal

Do you support not doing surgery where multiple surgeries are required to help patient chronic pain in cervical thoracic and lumbar spine, hips and rotators? In 60’s and can control pain with medication but there is still this resistance to allowing medications to improve function and mobility.

What about doing surgery on insanely dense developed musculure people. I heard surgeons find it complex but thought the more muscle mass you have the less complications u can experience? Because you can heal faster.
