I had knee replacement was given a walker and sent home. While using walker to walk ten ft to bathroom fell and fractured knee cap. Had second surgery 36 hours latter. Also had a tear in tendon. After 3 weeks x rays showed a3rd surgery in next month. I pray this works because it will be last on my knee

My sis dislocated her knee cap. Now, she's been diagnosed with partial MPFL tear. The doc told us that she would be alright with physiotherapy. He was correct. She's actually doing well. I'm asking this just for clarification. Can someone with partial ligament tear undergo this surgery? I don't want her to undergo the level of pain she had to endure when she dislocated her knee cap. She was in a lot of pain😢. Her MRI also stated tht there's a possibility for pallatofemoral instability. I'm just worried about my sister.

I literally just had this happen to me. The pain was horrible, but i managed to actually relocate my kneecap. It hurts somewhat but I can walk ok

I had my MPFL surgery 16 months ago. Got my legs stronger and was almost ready to get back to mma.

However, 3 days ago my knee dislocated from stretching, just a simple pigeon pose stretch is all it took. So sad. Now I don’t what to do

i dislocated my kneecap while sleeping and it relocated itself when i bent my leg. i still have some pain but had to take things slowly, some of the worst pain ever
