FIRST IMPRESSIONS of MANILA 🇵🇭 We were SHOCKED by THIS! First day in the Philippines

Wow, we are in Manila! And we hit the ground running in this video where we show our first impressions of this city! We were seriously impressed by how many people we got to interact with and all the incredible spots we got to see in this big city!

We were overwhelmed but in the best way!
As soon as we walked outside, people were smiling and waving to us which made us feel instantly welcome! We explore the busy side alleys of Pasay where we got to see loads of Jeepneys! Take a taxi to one of the biggest malls in Asia, Have a brisk walk by the bay, take our first Ferris wheel ride in Asia! And end of our day walking the streets of BGC high street! Over all it was such an incredible day exploring this beautiful city! We can’t wait to show you what we get up to next!

Filipinos are genuinely nice and courteous to foreigners... Many expats have the same experience.. Filipinos are down to earth race in the world... the Philippines is a hidden gem in southeast asia.. Why I say this? Most western tourists only know Thailand on their travel bucket list when it comes to Southeast Asia... little did they know that the Philippines is way better.. I myself can attest to that.. Its the people that makes them better than their neighboring countries..

The mal of Asia is amazing. The area around Manila Bay is interesting. If you like live music there are little bars around that offer great food and entertainment. Some places have multiple band play. They switch off every few songs. The Philippines is known for great musicians.

I have to agree with this all. I moved here from usa 13 years ago. Its one of the greatest countries in the world. The people are great. So friendly and helpfull.
People ask me do you miss the usa...its a simple question and the answer is NO.
I have no regreets the culture has absorbed me

The mall of Asia was inspired by the west Edmonton mall in Alberta Canada. West Edmonton mall designers and builders helped them to build the mall of Asia in the Philippines. Also Manila has the oldest China Town in the world. I hope you'll be able to see it in Manila. Have fun and enjoy.
