This doesn't push their top end over the 14900K, but it does bump the lower end up to having the same L2 per core/cluster as the 13600K and up chips, which will make them performant in gaming. They also haven't shown what DDR5-8000+ will do yet and if it will require a $500 motherboard like with AMD.

The 200S will be running maxed out - there is no headroom for overclocking so I wonder why they mention it at the end of this video

The intel memorbilia bit was cool. I guess it all depends what prices these actually hit retail at. I dont mind 'similar' performance with huge power drops, but I dont think you can overclock these

But isnt the word around that these are not overclockable at all? I have watched some analysis on this and intel are claiming. the performance cores are at the limit out of the box.

I just checked prices here for that build of mine. A non gaming non AI build. An Intel 245K is $440 CDN an AMD 9600x is 399.99 and an AMD 9600x is $370. Why would I go w Arrowlake on a socket that is a deadend Intel why sigh
