Go to states you haven’t visited. The USA has amazing food, great geography, friendly people, a wide variety of arts and a decent culture. As a Canadian, I’m always shocked how many Americans don’t travel inside the USA.

Colombia is a great option to travel. There are discount airlines who fly there and the US$ goes a long way. I highly recommend Medellín. I've had the time of my life every time I've visited.

Why not go to the Philippines? It's cheaper.

Showing the exchange rates is a deceiving way to illustrate that something is cheaper or more expensive. In the end, it all depends on the things you want to do and the type of travel you want to have. This report mentioned Indonesia, well.. let me tell you, here you can spend as much as going and staying 1st class in Paris or London trip vs. Bali.

People didn’t know traveling overseas gives you more value for the dollar??? What rock have ppl been under? I wouldn’t go to Europe but everywhere else is fair game.
