HAVING ISSUES? If you can't navigate the menus without your remote, connect mouse/keyboard via USB, it will be recognized immediately.
Troubleshooting: first thing you should do is repeat the steps shown in the video - stop Bluetooth service, clear data and cache, reboot. If it still doesn't work, remove your Android box/TV from the power, count to 10, plug it back in, try adding Bluetooth again. If still doesn't work, repeat the steps shown on the video again, power cycle again. If none of that works, you'll need to factory reset your device on the "settings" menu.
