Criminal records a hindrance for job-seeking youth

"Criminal records are plague for young South Africans trying to change their lives for better and find employment, with past mistakes contributing to the country's high youth unemployment rate."
This is according to Linda Thahane, Director of Jotela Mtika Consulting - a firm which provides services such as vetting and other similar services. She believes that there are other ways to empower our youth without punishing them for past mistakes.

No process for non contesting respondents, which means when a respondent fails to answer civil claims that means they have no defense to claims and they cannot interfere in any way with applicants
