Friend uses Ryobi. Yes, the plastic is more brittle, the tools are bigger and heavier than a Dewalt or Makita but it's a heck of a lot cheaper.

if you return the battery kit part of your ridgid combo the tool doesnt get the lsa. just went through that this past week.

I am a contractor, and I don't use Ryobi, Ryobi is a disposable tool.

Do you know if they are gonna have any deals on milwaukee m12? I have been a ryobi user for 5 years as an hvac installer and love them, but i recently made a career change and i am doing primarily hvac service work and picked up an m12 impact for its size and the m12 light. I love them! I want to expand my milwaukee collection.

Best one is makita this time all free brushless tools and ryobi is the worse of them all the others are all brushed kits except the ridgid but the $449 is all brushed but the 2 free tools can be brushless

I registered my Rigid tools 4 days short of a month and still no response back other than the automated in progress B.S.

You’re wrong about Ridgid warranty. If you don’t register you still get a 3 year warranty. You only have to register to get the lifetime.
