Defence Minister Anita Anand says Canada will send four Leopard 2 tanks to Ukraine. As Charlene Close reports, this announcement comes as Russia escalates attacks in region.

As an ex Canadian soldier, I am soo embarrassed at the state of our armed forces, and the miserly donations, and we need to modernize and expand the forces. Maybe CV90? Both Justin and Anita need to go!
