I think it's hilarious that the book Toriel reads is literally just "The Giving Tree" by Shel Silverstein with the only difference being that the tree is replaced with a monster and the boy is replaced with a human.

Just started watching this, the story that Toriel was reading is actually based on a REAL children’s book that was made. It’s called “The Giving Tree”, by Shel Silverstein. I have a copy of that book still on my book shelf.

hey again! loved this one as well, and by the way, if you press c, you skip dialouge (or however you spell it) faster, so it's nice if you've already read it. also, i played outertale myself and i completely missed the fact that you can call toriel at anytime to get her reaction on where you are.
