Wow that is a nice furnace! You may need some rigidizer for the wool top so it doesn’t flake away and get airborne. Look up fumed silica and satanite.

Cool melt system , what 's melt temperature ? as supposed it is over melt point 933.47 K ​(660.32 °C, ​1220.58 °F) as you can melt aluminum !

Hey mate - did you temper that crucible before first use? :)
other thing - dont try lifting 12kg crucible full of copper and its alloys - it would be so heavy and when the crucible is very hot the lip can break easily - make yourself some lifting tong and especially pouring tongs for this crucible - the tension on the one place which you hold with this tool - damn it is so "no go" for me....
