Hi Guys, in this video we share the guidance for safe use of propane melting furnaces for casting beginners. And in the end of video, we melt some aluminum blocks.

Propane furnaces are excellent for melting gold, silver, copper, brass, aluminum, and other metals. All the necessary accessories and safety gear are included with the gas furnace. Last time we shared the metal melting with electric furnace kits. To melt 3kg aluminum with electric furnace melt, it takes 20-25 minutes, 30-40 minutes for copper melting. If melt 3kg aluminum with propane furnaces, about 10-15 minutes, 20-30 minutes for copper melting. Here you can see electric melting furnace working performance.

I have this melting furnace and ima just say there must be a design flaw because it shouldn’t be this hard to use. I’ve tried multiple times, at first the gas line had a leak so they sent a replacement, but now it’s a whole other situation! The part where the gas line connects to the pipeline in swivels around after it gets hot causing the flame to shoot downward onto the neck pipe heating it up to red hot creating a super dangerous situation that will cause a large explosion if not noticed immediately!!! Why it’s not welded into the correct position I have no idea!!! At this point I’m just going to have to make my own because it’s not safe to trust anything u buy even if it’s new! Disappointed 😔
