I was taking flight classes back in the late 80's=90s, with ground training by the police air unit - I asked my trainer offhand if he had ever seen any UFO's in the S. Arizona desert or during his career = he stated flatly, that "if you report something like that, you could lose your FAA license" and he refused to speak about it ever again... well now, that was interesting.
He wasn't the only pilot who told me that over the years that followed

The fact they were trying to keep it under the rug is appalling. Never trust anyone and always keep a copy for yourself. I can only imagine how many other pilots have seen things and never reported it

The NORAD independent confirmation with radar data is what makes this sighting different. The CIA tried to suppress the meeting but one of the members had kept copies of the NORAD data. It means somebody might be able to file a FOIA for whatever was kept from that meeting.

With so many of these credible UFO sightings, I think aliens could be trying to get in touch with us in incremental steps so that the fear and shock of such a monumental truth would be softened. We are definitely not alone.

The pilot who saw that gigantic mothership up close is a far stronger & more composed man than I, because I would have certainly needed to be institutionalized from the trauma of witnessing such a sight.
