I was in Disneyland when Rogue One was playing. We watched it in the theater there, and then right after it was done, we found out that Carrie had passed that morning in the lobby of the theater. I cried, and my Dad and I are huge Star Wars fans, so he wanted to get me Leia's dress from A New Hope that they had in the stores there (It was after Halloween and my mom said I would grow out of it by the time next Halloween came, so I didn't end up getting it, but my dad got me a little blue dress with R2D2 buttons on it instead). I was only 8, but I looked up to Princess Leia so much and loved Carrie Fisher. She'll always be my favorite princess and General.

Rogue One was one of the couple of good things that came from Disney. It truly felt like a lead-in movie for A New Hope. Also, that line which that chick stated “this is the rebel alliance right? That’s what I do, I rebel” that was shown in trailers, thank goodness it was removed from the film. Such a cringy line.
