Here are some ideas for you:
Steve uses an archaeology brush to clean off an Enderman, revealing it is actually Steve.

As an attack, the Enderdragon spits out an army of endermites. Steve simply grabs the whole bunch of them and uses them as a projectile.

Steve uses a slime on an Enderman, creating an Eye of Ender Enderman. He then transports Steve into the Stronghold.
Steve then unceremoniously throws him into the end portal for all his help.

idea: Steve falls from a big height, but the fall damage is applied not to Steve but to whatever he falls on (maybe top it off with Iron Man style landing for epicness)
