Open-source data tools allow you to process data in volumes not possible a few years ago, but they can be hard to setup, maintain, and run economically. With years of practical and research experience, Google Cloud Platform is engineering new ways to use existing frameworks, such as Apache Spark and Hadoop, and designing the next generation of data processing tools in Apache Beam (incubating).
