No Knead Cheddar & Chive Bread - Easy Homemade Bread!

This bread is crunchy and crispy and oh so delicious! With just a few ingredients, this bread came together so nicely!

I have always been intimidated by bread making, but this is my new favorite and I will definitely be making this again!

Ingredients:
3 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry active yeast
1.5 cups lukewarm water
1 cup cheddar
1/4 cup fresh chives

Mix together flour, salt, yeast and water. Cover and let rise for at least 4 hours (the longer the better!)
Place dough on floured surface and layer in cheddar and chives
Place in warmed dutch oven and cover
Bake in 450 degree oven for 30 minutes
Remove cover after 30 minutes and bake for another 15 minutes
Enjoy!

I made this today, and it was quick and easy, and looks amazing! I can’t wait to taste it! 🎉

UPDATE: Delicious! Next time I think I’ll do jalapeños and cheese. Rosemary and garlic would also be good….thanks for sharing!!
