Drawing With WORLD'S FIRST Farber-Castell Pitt Graphite Matt Pencils: First Impressions & Review

I tried Farber-Castell Pitt Graphite Matt for the first time. A world's first that stands for reduced reflection on paper, maximum tonal value density and depth effect. Will it truly be a revelation and reduce the unwanted reflection on paper? I'll tell you my first impressions and demonstrate my thoughts through sketches. Not all sketches I do are from imagination. I use references to sketch and get into the mood of the paintings. I'm always looking into the work of amazing fantasy artists like Iain McCaig, Alan Lee that are a true inspiration and help me learn so much about drawing and art. Hope you enjoy it!

Rough up the paper stump, with a bit of low grit sandpaper to soften up the blending surface. Goof job on both sketching and on the video! Keep it up!

A minha Youtuber preferida. Inês, adoraria que você fizesse um vídeo falando sobre o estilo de arte renascentista e os avanços para a arte que esse período trouxe. Você é incrível, continue com o bom trabalho.

I enjoyed this review and I find it helpful. I still don’t know which to buy….regular graphite or these. I’m looking to get back into drawing after a long, long absence. I remember how much I hated pressed charcoal, charcoal pencils and pastels (anything scritchy-scratchy), back in the day. Even writing about it has given me cold chills…..eeehhh…. Lol!
As you flipped back and forth between the FC Matt and your graphite drawings I noticed a difference in them beside the shine. The Matt drawings didn’t seem to be graphite drawings at all, but something different. This difference is why I still don’t know which to buy. Are they scratchy? Thanks
