I admit I own packs that I didn’t even want. Why? Because my favorite builds, sims and save worlds required them. If influencers really want people to stop buying the bad packs they need to stop using them in their own content.

I agree about the horse pack…but as a Texan girl myself, I do enjoy the western Texas part about it, but I totally understand the opposition. It feels empty to me though. I’m in rural Texas and I think they should have included roping and cutting and cattle drives!

🖤🖤 I actually loved getting the swimwear kit, the base game stuff is abhorrent and I'm glad they released some cute modern ones (as someone who always lives in warm worlds in the game)

Omg I love that you mention the horse pack could have been outside the US. Can you imagine a MONGOLIAN setting? Just as many goats, sheep, and horses but more of the OG herding/life on the range/nomadic style living???

I love that you talked about your play style when so many people rank packs they don’t talk about there personal bias in pack rankings. If you get deep into mods, Get to Work becomes a pretty critical pack as many mods use it. And I don’t think For Rent invaldates City Living in any way, to me City Living is a ‘need it’ because living in san Myshuno is so vastly different from all the suburban worlds, like an apartment in Willow Creek doesn’t hit the same. those high rise apartments and penthouse are a tottally different vibe than anything you can build with For Rent. Also the best Festivals are the San Myshuno feativals. I also like playing as a Sulani Native. So often island paradises get regulated to a space for foriegners to come in and exploit for vacation. I like that Island Living is the opposite of that. Which is funny, cause that is far from my personal life. But for me Sims is about playing all the lifestyles I probably can’t and will never live. Including a modern Native of a tropical island.

Also, would love for them to do like a general 'nightlife' theme pack where they would add the goth/grunge content but also sth like concerts/club venues and some gameplay around it like being in a band ( maybe some build/buy also). Why would I want to dress a goth/grunge sim and have them do exactly the same everyone else does if that makes any sense ☠

I literally just use Moschino CAS to those very Show Off sims who are FILTHY RICH and still, only as Party Clothes (which, according to my personal CAS rules, is the clothes that sims WILL show off and use more... "Daring" clothing)

The type of sims that use these clothes are also the ones whose houses I will decorate using Decor to the Max and those very crazy Get Famous stuff with golden swatches (and marble floors)

I have a cat teenage boy hobo wizard that plays like a rags to riches he is a kleptomaniac and a perfectionist which are the bad things about him. Trying to survive is pretty tough if i wasn't granted simoleons for that new update for doing menial things.

5 months later, For Rent is stilled bugged, which sucks because it was THE pack I was most anticipating, but I have yet to buy it because of how buggy it still is... Maybe one day it'll be fixed, but I hope it is not another Dine Out or My Wedding Stories situation...
