The argument that LeBron makes players around him better is the biggest fallacy in the history of basketball. I can't think of a single player who's been better with him. Maybe JR Smith, and even then it's close. On the other hand, players like Wade, Bosh, Kevin Love, Kyrie, Jordan Clarkson, Isiah Thomas, Jay Crowder, Rodney Hood, Calderon, Korver, etc. were better while playing for other teams.

The Lebron System:

1. Lebron is the dictator. He holds control of the ball majority of the time and can do whatever he wants with it. Kick and pass, stat pad, win or lose this is what's gonna happen.
2. Every teammate is garbage.
3. Every help is not enough.
4. At wins, it's all Lebron. All glory is to the king!!!
5. At losses, it's everybody else's fault but never Lebron's. This is actually the exact opposite of how other great players take it. They actually take the blame.

Now that it's becoming more clear for a lot of people, other players or teams would much rather not have or play with him.
He's still great though. Just saying. Not a Bron hater ya'll. I'm a fan, too. Just not that type of fan who loses dignity and gets all emotional about things.

I call it the Westbrook effect because it seems to hurt players a lot more with him than Lebron but yeah. Some of us have been saying this and then we get hit with the you don’t wanna win or what you’re talking about. He’s the greatest player in the league but there’s no way all these players who were 6OY, starters, sharpshooters and former leaders on there teams all of a sudden can’t ball. It doesn’t work that way. Lebron’s presence and unwillingness to be apart of a team system instead of a Lebron System is what’s hurting him. GS has 3 dudes who averaged over 20pts for the season, 4 allstars and one whose always in the DPOY running. Why? Team system not player system. Why KD gelled so well with GS.

3:02, if you want to win a championship go play with LeBron? Ummm LeBron doesn’t guarantee a championship. The only year it felt like he was definitely going to win was 2011 when they first joined in Miami and they lost. 2013 and 2016 he literally won by the skin of his teeth, so many things had to go right for him to win those. LeBron is closer to being 1-8 in the finals than he is being 5-4 so to say that if u wanna win a championship u should play with LeBron is pretty silly and shows how brainwashed some of these analysts are for LeBron. He’s an all time great player...but he damn sure doesn’t guarantee u a ring. Period.
