Bragg needs to be held accountable! Disbarred, fined. What an embarrassment! Unbelievable!

Mr Bragg actually flushed his career down the toilet.

The fact that they seem to have abandoned their principles is easily explained.
They never had principles to begin with.
It's all theater.

Every day the odds go up in Trumps favor becoming president.

EXCELLENT interview; not just interview but discussion between two brilliant and principled--and funny!--legal experts. Thank you.

Yeah... 34 counts... Bragg's logic is... "Maybe one of them will stick"
Bragg wants to postpone until next Jan so that he can drag this out as long as possible to keep it in the news because his case is Political Bogus.
Those photos of TRUMP shows defiance and utter Disgust for the Bogus TRUMP 2024

13:45 Not schizophrenic, psychopathic. They’re quite aware of their logical inconsistencies and subversion of the law — not only don’t they care about that but they’re purposely transactional because their goal was never to uphold the law.

A concern was Nancy on TV saying Trump was guilty until he proves he's innocent which is not correct. I wondered if she was sending a message letting judge know the verdict she wants.

I will also add here that he knows the law full well. However, his quest for vengeance outweighs the law. :(

I have no idea why they call Bragg a "prosecutor." He does not really prosecute anyone for the most part.
However his most famous "prosecutions" are Jose Alba, the Bodega worker, Moussa Diarra, the parking garage attendant, (both had no criminal records, but 2 who attacked them did)
Allen Weisselberg, Trump's tax advisor, and now Donald Trump himself joins Bragg's list, of famous (or infamous, depending how you look at it) prosecutions.

Make DA accountable for abuse of persecutorial ethic and defamation.

Why on earth would president Trump want to hide the $130, 000 nuisance lawsuit hush money payment, when he donated all but $4 of his $1, 600, 000 salary as president to charities, as well as ruling himself out of the lifetime presidential pension also. Alvin Bragg will be the most nominated MVP when Trump wins next year.

I don't know how Alvin Bragg could just stand up there like that and completely humiliate himself. -Nobody will ever take him seriously again.

Braggs like the saying "Lets throw a bunch of sh*t on the wall and see what sticks" well that is as long as it's not a real criminal, those he sets free to commit more crimes. IF this is what's truly become of our judicial system we're all FUBAR!!
