• Start in supine position
• Reach arms straight up and flex hips 90 degrees with knees bent
Coaching:
• Keeping core tight reach one arm overhead while simultaneously kicking opposite leg straight
• Keep back flat
Common Errors:
• Non-moving side is not still
• Low back moves (lumbar spine flexes or extends)
