PAUL'S SECRET WAS LIFE-TRANSFORMING CONTENTMENT. DO YOU KNOW YOU CAN ALSO HAVE IT TODAY?

Who was the most contented person who ever lived? To answer that we must first define what we mean by contentment.

Contentment is to be peaceful, thankful, and happy with what you have in life, where you are in life, and where you are headed in life: no matter how bad or good it is.

Jesus was the perfect man: He lived for His father’s will and died at His Father’s Hand. Jesus was contented. But we are neither perfect nor Divine so it seems hardly possible that we could be so Christlike in contentment until we trace the life of Paul.

Paul was probably one of the greatest of God’s servants. The vast majority of all believers down through the ages have been taught by Paul’s Epistles or came to Christ through one of Paul’s spiritual children. He started more churches in the early days, traveled more miles, and did more for the spread of Christ's church than any others.

How was Paul so effective? He gives his testimony in Philippians 4. The lessons are very powerful. Paul had learned to live with what he had, not for what he wanted. Contentment is learned, and it comes by surrender.

Listen to Paul’s secret.

Philippians 4:11-19 (NKJV)

Paul held everything in an open hand. He reminds us that everything we have has come from someone else. What hast thou…

Paul said he counted all things as lost in comparison to Christ. Nothing mattered more than Christ.

Biblical Contentment is when nothing matters more than Christ.

"PAUL'S SECRET WAS LIFE-TRANSFORMING CONTENTMENT. DO YOU KNOW YOU CAN ALSO HAVE IT TODAY?"

Hmmm Sir...Yes Paul was like NO other; when it comes to the "Gospel"...and He is also THE most "quoted" writer in History, since Creation of ANY genre'. But sadly. MOST Christian Pastors, etc, quote him far more times; than they quote Jesus' Gospel; and His Heavenly, poignant "Espousal's". How sad...

...An that is "Blaspheming"! Oh yes it is! For ALL Pastors: should quote Jesus far more; than what ANY one ever wrote or espoused....and that goes for EVERY writer; in the entire Bible also! Believe it or not. And this sadly, to boot...

Whenever one reads Philippians 4:11-19 (NKJV); and sees the times Paul used "I"; in his verses. That AINT good! For any expert English professor; will demand that no one use their "I" often. Because MOST listeners; will then think the writer is egotistical; and only thinks about their self!. Sad, but so true. Be careful Brethren.

Yes, Paul wrote 13 books of the NT. And no other writer wrote more than 5 books (Moses and John) But please...

Re-read those 5 verses; and see HOW many times he used "I". Sad, indeed. May Jesus have mercy on him (even though Paul was the greatest His messenger)! But he deserved his punishments. As any egotistical does too whenever we boast. UNLESS one is being reviewed, etc...

...In any case Sir, Please Pray OFTEN and Praise Jesus OFTEN; for He is the ONLY true "God Almighty"; there will ever have been. And may Jesus bless you and yours always. AMEN!
