What is Smoldering MS

Good information. I noticed that there was no or little information concerning spinal lesions and smoldering. I am 67 years old and stopped dmt use in my late 50's. Of course after discussing with my neurologist. My older sister has MS as well. We live in NC

Im doing worse. But every time i have a MRI they tell me that i have no new lessions. But i feel much worse. The fatigue is. Horrible, im now having much harder time walking, and just lately bladder issues. I dont know what to think or do.
