The first woman of color ever elected as a district attorney in Massachusetts has broken another glass ceiling, but it did not come easy.

Larceny under $250

Disorderly conduct

Disturbing the peace

Receiving stolen property

Minor driving offenses, including operating with a suspend or revoked license

Breaking and entering

Wanton or malicious destruction of property

Threats – excluding domestic violence

Minor in possession of alcohol

Drug possession

Drug possession with intent to distribute

A stand alone resisting arrest charge

A resisting arrest charge combined with only charges that all fall under the list of charges to decline to prosecute, e.g. resisting arrest charge combined only with a trespassing charge

YES!!!! There are like 35 places I desperately want to bow hunt deer but would need to trespass to do it - she has stated openly that trespassing will no longer be prosecuted in Mass! YES YES YES!!! If you see me cutting through your yard bow in hand, you can thank her for me - you might tell me you don't want me there, but you wont do anything about it cause your new Czar wont allow for it!
