Aptera Corp only has 4 people left in marketing. They have to work efficiently. News today gives lots of hope that some of us will be seeing our vehicles next year.

The big 3 were bailed out the last time they failed, they have no incentive to be on the bleeding edge. They can afford to fall asleep at the wheel and drive off the road since Uncle Sam is willing to be the level 2+ assistant.

As far as the future size of EVs and ICE vehicles goes I think they will remain the same size or a little bigger. Americans want the big stuff that’s not going to change.
Aptera is a special vehicle. It will start its own customer base, separate from Tesla and whatever develops out of the legacy vehicle companies.
I think they’ll do much better than, but comparable to, the Polaris Slingshot. Probable around vehicles a year in sales once they get going.

Aptera should be putting their Union together right now - speaking of forward thinking. NOT UAW but a local - local. The federal and state (California) political powers are totally pro union. Politics count!

The most important question to challenge Aptera with is, how much will it cost. It appears they are deathly afraid to do so

After that screw up with NBC they needed to get some positive word out. I found the survey to be totally useless. Aptera has no real edge over any part of the automarket as more than sufficient EVs, there are over 50 models available, have sufficient range to do all daily needs and traveling has gotten much better with the spread of fast charging.


Lol - compelling? The Model Y is already the compelling long range EV that Americans are buying in numbers each quarter that Aptera has not even reached in reservations and it carries four people and their luggage with safety Aptera will never approach.

More shelving is not real progress. Ask them to prove to you that the solar production line is back in service - it was in pieces in May this year after they abandoned Vista. Have them show you all the panels they claimed to have been able to produce last October. Have them show the AGV units being readied for production use and an assembly line taking place.

Aptera needs to redesign its looks to look more like a normal car/suv I don’t want to draw attention when I drive it around the country or jungle
