Gareth Is A Good Coach But His Biggest Problem Is He Have This Defensive Mentality And He Don’t Learn From His Mistakes,
Sometimes You Need To Take Risks And Switch Up Gareth Never Does That And He Wants To Keep Players In The Field Just Because He Like Them That’s Not A Good Quality Of Leadership,
