illaoi player here. Theres a few funny "mechanics" right now with illaoi's q, e, r, tp and zhonyas after the r rotation buff. So basically you can rotate your character in between the other animations with your q. So for example in this video the illaoi used his e and spammed q backwards which makes her and the e animation rotate. Its only visual so the hitbox still goes normally.

ok it just looks like a visual bug. She starts the animation aiming towards wukong, so thats where the hitbox went, but for some reason, the visual was reversed after the casting animation started

If you take a look: she started doing her E in good direction, then she used bug where her model rotated, but actual hitbox stayed there

There is currently a exploit that allows you to hit the e at any time even through the henchmen and even to place it in any direction around Illaoi

I wish Illaoi was this intricate because her normal mind games don't really affect players who actually know how to dodge or stay out of her e range or kite away when she ults or actually team coordinate dives and burst her, but this is just a visual bug that's pretty abusable not an actual part of her kit.
