HI KILOBIT IM GOING TO THE DOWNLOAD BLEACHBIT PAGE IM SELECTING WINDOWS THEN CLICKING INSTALL SELECTION NOT PORTABLE, AND I GO THREW THE NORMAL INSTALL MENU LIKE ACSEPT AND ENGLISH THEN FOR ALL USERS BUT ITS NOT OPENING IT KEEPS GOING THREW THE INSTALL MENU OVER AND OVER WEIRD ANY IDEAS PLEASE CHEERS.
