✎ If you're looking to learn how to set boundaries, use the right tools, and plan your day effectively, this video is for you! Entrepreneurs often think they can manage their time however they like, but structure and planning are crucial. Evan Carmichael believes in you and wants to help you unlock your potential. Today, we'll explore eight proven ways to work smarter, not harder, featuring insights from Eric Thomas, Tai Lopez, Robin Sharma, and more.

First, Eric Thomas emphasizes the importance of setting boundaries. He shares his personal ritual of avoiding interruptions to focus deeply on his work. Tai Lopez highlights the value of using the right tools and learning from successful figures like Warren Buffett. Robin Sharma debunks the myth that harder work means more productivity, suggesting 90-minute work cycles for optimal performance. Brian Tracy discusses the 80/20 rule, encouraging you to focus on the most critical tasks that yield the highest results.

Next, Richard Branson advises learning to delegate to those who excel in specific areas, freeing you to focus on bigger ideas. Tim Ferriss offers tips on managing email effectively to save time and reduce stress. Thomas Frank talks about pre-committing to tasks using commitment devices, ensuring you stay focused. Lastly, Marie Forleo explains the importance of planning your day by reviewing your schedule and estimating the time needed for each task. Following these tips will help you work smarter, not harder, leading to greater productivity and success.

Make it easy for your self to do the task.Make your goals simple, and so easy to do your brain can't procrastinate

Example:You wanna jog tomorrow, the night before make sure you put your running shoes next to your bed because immediately your feet hit the ground.BOOM, no excuses

Lesson:Make it easy by preparing

All advices are pretty good, but I think precommiting to a task and trying to work without distractions for a while will help me the most in the next months
Thank you very much for sharing Evan !

A combination of isolating and working 90 minute intervals without the interruption or distractions may be practical to a achieve for me, i have learned to limit distractions while i work on certain tasks, now i need to focus intensely and do so all the time until i can schedule a time for distractions like social media and email.

Two things have been super helpful to me:
1. Put my phone on airplane mode and off of my desk when I’m working

2. Don’t start my day checking email! I adopted this from Tim Ferriss. I check my email at 11 and 3:30 and that’s it.

He hit me on the right things I do that people think I'm wired; no phone at certain times, shutting down all distractions. Thanks for the confirmation on 'NO Distractions when I get started '

Setting boundaries. Setting boundaries. Setting boundaries. Guarding your time. At work, I find I have to plug my headphones into my ears to shut out all the talking that goes on in the office. I'm considered rude for doing that but I rather get the job done! "Talking never gets the job done!" my fifth grade teacher would always say : ) Great tips!

I really enjoyed this one. All of these tips have helped me. The one that has helped me most recently is from Eric Thomas about protecting your time. We all have the same 24 hours in a day. What we do with this 24 hours should help move forward the next 24.
