thank you for posting this video. I wanted to see if the fighting was anything like the older game I used to play and I'm happy to see its still fairly similar. It was really nice to get the just of the fighting without worrying about spoilers so thank you for this.

I actually might try this one, the previous entries gave me headaches listening to the constant skill callouts and just overwhelming amount of chaotic noise in battles. This one seems still somewhat busy, but much more reasonable and hopefully won't drive me insane like the other entries in the series.

Played it in the Demo and I feel as if I am massively missing something.
As if the demo throws me into a situation where it wanted me to feel something epic, when I actually don't know enough about the combat yet.
The entire thing just feels and looks like a massive clusterf***
I am just spamming 3 buttons and watch effects flying around everywhere like its new years eve. Is this really how the game plays in the long run?

Usually games are more enjoyable when enemies fight back. These dudes just stand there and take it in the booty hole. One random easily dodgeable attack doesn't count.

The battle system reminds me a lot of the past couple of games. Not how to feel about that, since I personally didn't enjoy the Berseria battle system very much, but maybe it will have nuances which will make it feel very different.
