I ride an eboard. If there's a bus or large truck coming I actually stop. I've seen WAY too many videos out of China where the evil bus get you. Not a nice way to go

I am a proud new owner od an e- bike already I can tell that cars dont see you, wont see you, and see you as a nuisance to them.

I drove buses in a college town and it was constant situational awareness and checking mirrors.

At least he died happy ....this mistake he made of driving besides a bus or truck anything that big and at night !!! could have been any bike rider too, I ride an ebike in Jamaica queens and sometimes the bus sound the horn letting you know he is coming beside you...I don't pass buses that are picking people up either...I stay behind and the electric motor is supposed to help you not get tired or go uphill not ride at maximum speed which for my ebike is 18mph I always pedal normally im not racing anyone ...

We MUST have protected scooting lanes, protected with cement barriers. Cars are just too expensive and public transport too!

Sounds like a fair adjudication to me. E scooter riders should consider themselves and others when they are riding. It is only a matter of time before they kill a pedestrian.

Yeah this is the rider's fault you do not challenge things that are bigger than you that is like the rule of motor vehicles, scooters are great devices if used properly with people with brains also why is he not wearing a helmet!!! I doubt it would save his life but still
