Hello sir one thing that is really confusing me is on the output of the transformer is the fluctuation only on five volts but no fluctuations on 3.3 volts I cannot understand why this phenomenon is happening can you explain this thank you

On the schematics, pin 4 from the transformer is not connected. So from where is the drain/source swiching the coil?
