I learned today that this character (Amory Lorch) participated in slaughtering Prince Oberyn's sister and her children, along with The Mountain.. I didnt think this character even had a name, I just thought he was a random soldier whom Arya had killed quite suddenly.. I had no idea he had a past.. Im still not quite sure how we ( the viewer) was supposed to know this mans name is Amory Loche or that he killed Oberyn's family all those years back.. I only learned this from a comment on another post.. Im truly im awe of the intricate tangled web of characters in this series. Totally mindblowing!
