Our year in review: 2023/24

Over the last 12 months, we've made incredible strides in helping to transform millions of lives across the country.

We've helped more than 26,000 people into work, empowered 8,000 to become fitter and healthier, and supported 2 million through our contact centre services. Our colleagues continued to collaborate with 400 partner organisations, while giving back to the communities we serve.
