With turkey shot its mainly up to what your gun/choke likes and what distance your shooting at. Alot of people are switching to TSS shot with #7.5-9 because the tungsten shot gives a higher density shot than lead with a smaller shot size for better pattern density. With lead a bigger shot size gives you better penetration/energy at longer ranges but less density in the pattern. Normally a #4-6 load of lead is what most people use but I prefer a heavy #5 load. You can kill them with about anything but just know the guns/patterns range limit and your personal limit.
