I agree Greg, those mid morning, early afternoon hunts are better. I find more toms are alone at this time and come to the call easier. The big bonus is not getting up at stupid o'clock in the morning

Definitely going to be getting the calls out this weekend after watching this video. Iv been struggling with mouth calls the last few years and I finally bought a few mouth calls from woodhaven last year and I swear in about two weeks it sounded better than I have not too mention watching mr. Simpson videos over and over so hands down there the best calls for me. It was awesome to see Jim getting into the mix of things this video and hopefully he can entertain us again this year. Good luck to everyone out there who chases these goofy birds and shoot straight.

I’ve been doing this longbird measure with my parents at camp. Glad to see you didn’t abandon it! I was almost upset. Last year Indiana bird was 47 with nice beard and spurs but this is just fun at camp!
