Unlocking EVERY DLC Fighter in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate!

THIS IS FANMADE, DON'T TAKE IT SERIOUSLY.
I decided to do something special for the 29th of February since we only get it once every four years, so I hope you guys enjoy this nice little concept!

if only deleting your save data would make you work to unlock the DLC characters, the starting roaster of if being the OG 8 was perfect until the DLC ruined it. cuz now its the First 8 And The Last 12

I’ve always thought it would be cool to encounter the dlc fighters and be able to fight them and unlock them as you would with the fighters in the base roster.

Piranha Plant: Clear Classic with Mario, Luigi and Bowser Jr without Continues

Joker: Defeat 5 Characters in Cruel Smash

Hero: Clear Classic Mode on 7.2 or Higher

Banjo and Kazooie: Clear Classic with Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong on 7.3 or Higher

Terry: Clear Classic with Ryu and Ken on 7.4 or Higher or play 100 matches with Ryu or Ken

Byleth: Unlock Every Fire Emblem character and afterwards beat Classic Mode one time on any difficulty with any Fire Emblem character

Min Min: Play on the Spring Stadium stage 76 times

Steve: Beat Classic Mode with Banjo and Kazooie on any difficulty with no continues

Sephiroth: Clear 100 Man Smash with Cloud on Northern Gate

Pyra/Mythra: Unlock Shulk in World of Light and defeat Galeem and Dharkon with him on the team

Kazuya: Play on the Mishima Dojo stage with Ryu or Ken 50 Times

Sora: Clear Classic Mode with all characters or play 1000 battles

To unlock plant you need to kill every killable assist trothy in a match to represent plant getting in before popular characters who are assist trothys like Issac waluigi knuckles shovel knight zero etc

I kinda wish that these small unlockings of fighters were still present for the DLC fighters, rather than just paying $24.99 and immediate unlock 5 new characters at once.

Plant: Pretty good size and good stage selection.
Joker: Could be a bit smaller but not bad
Hero: Maybe drag him in the middle a bit more but still pretty good
Banjo: Perfect
Terry: Too big
Byleth: Again, drag him a bit more to the middle
Min Min: Good
Steve: Funny
Sephiroth: Perfect. Super terrifying and menacing
Pyra/Mythra: A bit big and messy
Kazuya: A bit smaller but not bad
Sora: Perfect

I had an idea of what it'd be like if you had to unlock them in World of Light by fighting them.

Piranha Plant would be somewhere in the Light Realm, in some hills/plains area.

The first Fighter's Pass characters would be in the Dark Realm. Joker would be in Dracula's Castle, the Hero would be in the Lost Woods area of the Sacred Land, Banjo & Kazooie and Terry would be in the Mysterious Dimension, and Byleth would be in the Triforce of Wisdom area in the Sacred Land.

Fighter's Pass 2 would be evenly divided in the Final Battle. Galeem would have Min Min, Pyra/Mythra and Sora, and Dharkon would have Steve, Sephiroth and Kazuya.

You can fight them without purchasing in DLC I don’t think so.

This would be perfect for SSBU: Special Edition to be honest.

For Cloud, when you beat his Classic Mode, the updated route would have Sephiroth as the final boss, and his unlock battle would specifically be his shirtless alt in a darker arena, with both you and him at 300%.

For everyone else, it would be the more straightforward unlock battle.

Also, Heihachi could be an included fighter and his Classic Mode Final Round would be Kazuya in his purple alt, followed by Ridley.

The funny thing is Sephiroth is the only one among them who actually had a fight to unlock (even if it was only temporary).

Imagine after purchasing the fighter passes - Nintendo also adds not just the stage and music but also some brand new challenges with some rewards and new pictures (Similar to when you get purchase the online membership and the game gives you some online challenges to try out.)

But that gameplay was like little Timmy trying to beat the dlc characters, I could’ve beat them so easily in less than a few minutes.
