I don't like the health bar. Get hit once and you light up like a Christmas tree for the whole team to see. The first hits are even more critical than before. Probably another reason why Rampart is going up in pick rate. Poke with amped shield to avoid taking a hit and exposing your health.

Tbh as a Ash player i find her quite good not great but not bad, she isnt the best "assault legend" in the sense that she won't demolish entire teams with her kit but she is a very good generalist character with a reliable damage/CC tact and a pretty decent ult for repositioning "sure it needs to be less jankie but overall i find it to be one of the most reliable repositioning tool in the game"

The worst thing about her is her useless passive, it needs a rework she part of the grp of legends that don't have a passive like wraith and caustic

the only one I don't agree is Conduit, Conduit is the most OP legend in the game, that does not feel like getting nerfs at all, since she is still the same annoying one to fight against, and mandatory to have in high-skill games. The rest is suprisingly solid as a tierlist

Imo, Alter is severely underrated, being able to portal directly behind enemies with very little audio (because it's apex) make it a really good flank tactic

Conduit in B is criminal. She has everything a good support needs. Mid fight shield boosts, speed boost if your mates are spread out, and an area of denial ult. Shes the Legend that got me very good ranked matches recently when no one else worked and she basically made me carry some games.

When rampart is this good she feels hell to fight. They keep lowering the risk and buffing the reward of her walls and Sheila. She doesn’t have much of that risk factor she used to and now feels like all reward. She used to be cool but now she’s just obnoxious this season especially with the gun shield and new controller passive.
