I have to admit, I wish this list would have been longer. Yakone and Master Pakku probably should be included in here. Remember Pakku was with the White Lotus when they took back Ba-sing-se during the comet and he cut through those comet-empowered fire benders pretty easily.

Yakone should have been on the same level as Amon, he may not have been able to stop chi paths, but he bloodbent an entire room of the some of the strongest benders in the world, including the avatar, without a full moon, without moving a muscle.

I just realized that when Zhao killed the moon spirit fish, everything's grey, but only Yue's eyes had color, 'cause she has a piece of the moon spirit.

Ming Hua definitely deserves to be higher. I mean, having no arms yet being able to bend and move extremely agile compared to other fighters? She's a beast.

Amon should honestly be number 1. He was virtually unbeatable and was never technically bested in combat
