another way to warm up your rice/other stuff and keep it from drying out or splattering in the micro is to wet a piece of paper towel and place it over the food! way easier than ice cubes imo

It is so beyond refreshing to see a nutrition focused influencer who regularly uses the microwave. Sounds weird to say, but wellness culture has tried to make us believe microwaves are toxic and will give you cancer for the last 10+ years. ALL food is good food!
